What is your photographic style? I shoot with a mixture of candid, photojournalistic, and traditional styles, mainly focusing on natural expressions in a way that shares your story. I never like to tell my clients to "say cheese" and smile at the camera because it's simply not capturing your real personality. My goal is to unravel your story in the most unobtrusive, natural way as possible.

What format do you shoot? Quality is my biggest concern when it comes to your images and because of this our studio has recently invested over $8,000 in professional digital equipment to provide the best quality that's available. I use a Nikon D2XS 12.4 megapixel camera that allows us to produce gorgeous, crisp images! We also use a variety of 5 pro lenses to give us complete flexibility on composition and creativity.

Will my images be retouched? Absolutely! I believe highly in providing my clients with a FULLY finished product, even if you're simply asking for the images on disc. Every image captured is 100% retouched for blemishes and professionally color corrected to ensure accurate tones for printing. I also perform creative digital enhancements to each image which includes softening effects, color toning, and other artistic techniques to give your images a dramatic look.

What qualifies you to be my photographer? For many photographers, their photography is their passion. For me, it is my life's investment! I am not only passionate about my career, but I live and breathe it everyday. I have an intense background in photography with a bachelor's degree in professional portrait photography from world renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. I have over 6 years experience and continuously strive to learn new techniques and get inspired by others everyday.

Where are you located? Do you have a studio? I reside in the Northwest valley in Peoria, but I provide my photography services strictly on-location, so I do not have a storefront studio. I want this experience to be as convenient and memorable as possible, so because of this I will come right out to your own home or the location of your choice for your session or event. We have full studio lighting and backdrops if necessary, but I highly recommend utilizing a natural setting in order to achieve the most creative, candid imagery as possible.
